*This service is for clients local to Rochester NY. A travel fee may be applied for visits more than 20 miles from downtown Rochester. Please call for more information. * Following a free 15 minute consultation call and a virtual evaluation, clients can begin scheduling sessions. This service focuses on targeted interventions to help you reach your personal and professional goals within your natural environment. This service is delivered in-person at your home and offers the unique opportunity to build tools and skills in a hands-on approach with one-on-one support. This service allows us to assess and address real-life challenges within your home environment, offering action-based practical strategies tailored to your everyday routine. This personalized approach can enhance your ability to manage mental health symptoms, improve coping skills, and regain balance in your daily life in order to engage in the roles, routines, and activities that are most meaningful to you. *Practitioner reserves the right to end in-person sessions at their discretion at any time during the service should they feel threatened or unsafe if any way due to verbal, implied, or physical aggression from any persons in the client-determined space. No refund will be issued.*
